She is qualified to use a very wide range of psychometrics and has a diploma in Performance Coaching. From a theoretical standpoint, Trisha draws on her knowledge and experience of psychology, including emotional intelligence, social identity theory (vital in building strong teams and organisational culture), positive psychology, and different leadership approaches. Trisha has worked in a wide range of industries, both public and private sector. Trisha’s expertise ranges from assessing high-potentials to facilitating leadership development workshops and providing coaching.
