Simon has worked as a business psychologist since 1983. During this time he has been involved in learning, assessment and organisational development projects from the perspective of both line manager and consultant.
He has particular interest in leadership development, personal effectiveness and team working. Simon has overseen projects encompassing all aspects of learning and development from needs analysis through to evaluation. These include design and implementation of change and leadership development programmes, team development workshops, executive assessment, and attitude and culture change. He particularly enjoys projects that make a lasting change at both the individual and organisational level.
Simon has worked internationally with clients such as Warner Bros., EADS, Airbus, RSA and KPMG across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.
He has worked with Berkshire Consultancy (2005-2008) after spending the previous 12 years with Water for Fish (formally Interactive Skills). Prior to that he was with BT where he worked as Senior Psychologist and Manager of the Business Psychology Group, responsible for management and leadership development.
