Wendy is a Director at Human Assets. She specialises in the design and delivery of assessment and development initiatives, in particular assessment centres for high potentials and leadership development. Wendy has experience across a wide range of public and private sector organisations (e.g. HSBC, NHS, Standard Chartered, Exxon-Mobil, Department for Transport) and has worked in Hong Kong and China as well as Europe.
Current and recent projects include:
- Design and delivery of a large-scale assessment process for selection of the NHS non-executive chairs.
- Defining roles and ‘indicators of excellence’ for a global bank following a restructure.
- Working with the Solicitor Regulation Authority (SRA) to design new standards and assessment criteria for work based learning.
- Providing consultancy advice on talent management strategy for high potentials.
Wendy is a Chartered Psychologist and a member of the British Psychological Society. She has commented on business issues on Sky News and in the Observer.
