Our executive coaching services are for those who are on track to be, or already are in senior positions. Coaching provides an opportunity to explore how strengths can be used to greater effect, whilst removing/minimising the ‘barriers’ to performance. Please see links below for profiles of our coaches.
To gather information we can draw on three methods (dependent on client needs): (i) 360° feedback(ii) Psychometric testing (iii) Observation of the individual in the workplace. We meet with the individual over an agreed time period working through the three stages outlined below:
Agreeing what the individual hopes to achieve from the programme and exploring the results from any tools used e.g. personality inventories, 360º feedback.
Once the individual has a clear sense of their strengths and weaknesses, we can begin to explore how they can progress and develop. The key to effective development planning is to take advantage of the current issues and projects the individual is facing in the work place.
Review and Recommit:
Subsequent meetings focus on achievement of the individual’s goals. We support them to review progress, recommit to their objectives or move on to agree a new challenge.
