We offer one-to-one individual assessments to provide an in-depth diagnosis of the individual’s capabilities and qualities. Human Assets will discuss your requirements before choosing the most appropriate tests, inventories and exercises. These assessments are targeted at executive, and senior level roles or talent pools and can be used for a number of different purposes, for example, executive selection, development or succession planning.
The outcomes of the assessment include:
- A comprehensive report including the strengths and development needs of the individuals and specific recommendations about how well they are likely to perform.
- Individual feedback sessions with the candidates.
- Coaching and development planning targeting those areas identified by the assessment that require development.
