Associate Consultants
We are always keen to hear from associates who might be interested in working with us. We maintain a database of people who are experts in one or more of the areas in which we work. As an associate, we involve you from the start, in drafting and presenting the proposal and then we see you as an equal member, and maybe leader, of the delivery team. While working on a project, you have full access to our office facilities and our aim is to have no distinction between salaried and associate team members. In working with us, we feel it is important that we share certain core values and that you buy into our culture.

We are, of course, a commercial firm that requires income to pay outgoings. However, we are not driven by profit and targets. The business is run cautiously and we have never made anyone redundant in our 21 years in business.

Salaried Consultants
We employ support psychologists to whom we can delegate suitable elements of our project work. Such people need to share our values and culture. They also need to be extremely quick in reaching an accurate understanding of a problem and able to come up with their own innovative solutions. We need people who are inwardly resourceful and able to relate well and confidently to clients. We expect, and encourage our support psychologists to work towards Chartered status in the minimum time. To apply, you will need to have completed your MSc in Occupational Psychology.
