Evolution of Competencies Seminar
A recent survey we conducted revealed that traditional competencies are not working as well as companies would like: competencies are not always forward looking or based on strategy; the values of the organisation are not embedded; the behaviour lists are long and tedious; the competencies can lead to cloning.
