Evolution of Competencies Seminar

A recent survey we conducted revealed that traditional competencies are not working as well as companies would like: competencies are not always forward looking or based on strategy; the values of the organisation are not embedded; the behaviour lists are long and tedious; the competencies can lead to cloning.

Led by Dr Charles Woodruffe and involving key decision makers within the field Human Resources, Human Assets Limited held a breakfast seminar to introduce our thoughts on the evolution of competencies.
