A tailored programme is then agreed and delivered, supported by individual and team action planning, and follow-up sessions. The programme may include: internal and/or external communication issues, visioning, strategic planning and decision making, and facilitating & dealing with change. We also assist where there is a need for new teams to be developed, for example, cross functional teams, or as a result of a restructure, merger or acquisition.
