Neil Scott

Neil is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. He worked with the Employment Rehabilitation Service, before becoming the Director of Product Development at the Cabinet Office's Civil Service Commission (later RAS then RAS Ltd). Neil has an expertise in developing diversity-friendly selection and development initiatives.
Working mostly with public sector organisations, Neil has designed, monitored and evaluated ability tests, cross-cultural inventories, self-selection materials, and assessment and development centres, with a particular focus on equal opportunities. |
