Human Assets

Lindsay is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over ten years consulting experience in both the private and public sector e.g. Deutsche Bank, BAE Systems, Bank of Cyprus and British American Tobacco.  She has designed and delivered development and assessment solutions such as competency frameworks, graduate recruitment programmes, leadership workshops, interview processes and assessment centres.

Much of Lindsay's work has involved developing and training senior level employees. For example, Directors at Hawkpoint and the National Audit Office, District Judges for the Department for Constitutional Affairs, Chief Engineers and Scientists for the Atomic Weapons Establishment.  She is currently working with Royal Bank of Scotland to streamline sift and interview processes across the business, and with BT in developing a knowledge management system for senior employees.
