Julia Wellbelove

Julia is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over ten years post-MSc experience. She specialises in coaching, training, assessment and competency development. Julia has worked as a consultant for public and private organisations, and as an in-house psychologist and training manager. Julia is an experienced senior management performance coach and coach trainer, working with clients on leadership training programmes in organisations such as the BBC and the Royal College of Nursing. She also specialises in coaching individuals with specific interpersonal skills development needs, working collaboratively with the client and their manager, for example, in Kings College London. Julia designs and delivers bespoke senior level development programmes, for example in the BBC (World Service and Worldwide). She also designs competency frameworks for organisations, with one client commenting on Julia's "laser-like precision" in her communication skills. Julia is also highly experienced in the design and delivery of assessment/recruitment processes, currently working with Croydon Council on a wide-scale restructuring and modernising programme.
