Jo is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who specialises in helping clients select and retain talented people. She has 11 years' consultancy experience across the public and private sectors, having worked for clients including Royal Bank of Jo is an expert in the design of situational judgement exercises (MoD, The Employment Service) and assessment centre design from graduate to senior management level (The Security Service, The Cabinet Office, Royal Bank of Scotland). Jo is Level A and Level B qualified and recently facilitated psychometric assessments of senior managers at DfID and numerous Central London Councils. She is a qualified career counselor and has provided a career coaching service to a range of clients (Google, UBS). Jo specialises in designing and facilitating development initiatives for clients including Churchill Insurance. She has also helped implement a large-scale 360-degree feedback programme to leaders at the BBC and delivered team building workshops to Corporate Financiers at Hawkpoint.
