Catherine is a practising independent Chartered Business Psychologist. After a seven-year career on the business side of investment banking, Catherine re-trained to specialise in her current field
Catherine's business experience has enabled her to consult extensively in both the public and private sector which has included work such as statistical evaluations of strategic HR solutions for organisations, extensive design and delivery of assessment and development centres and training and development of senior members of staff
